reCAPTCHA

We use reCAPTCHA service by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) based on Art. 6 (1 f) GDPR for protection when submitting data in forms. The service includes submission of your IP address and of further data required for reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this data applies the Google privacy policy. Use and transmission of personal data

As far as you provided personal information it will be used on the basis of Art. 6 (1 b) GDPR exclusively for responding to your enquiries, for processing of concluded contracts and for technical administration.

Automated decision-making, including profiling, does not take place.

Your personal data will be passed on to third parties or otherwise transmitted only if this is required pursuant to contract processing, accounting purposes, legal provisions or upon your consent. These are public authorities and companies providing financial services, IT services, telecommunication, logistics, consultation as well as products and services in the natural gas and oil industries.

Stored personal data will be deleted when you revoke your declaration of consent for data storage, if knowledge of the data is not required anymore for the initial purpose of storage, or when data storage is not allowed for further legal reasons.

You have in respect of your personal data the right of access pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, the right to rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, the right to erasure pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, the right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority according to Art. 77 GDPR and the right to revoke any declaration of consent (Art. 6 (1 a) GDPR) with effect to the future.

Moreover, there is a right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
