At a first stage the customers’ requirements (technical, economic and other) will be linked up with the feasible technical processes and framework conditions. Technical, financial, human and other resources and conditions are taken into consideration. The achievability of the customers’ goals is evaluated. On the basis of this conception the customer can take a competent decision for which way to proceed with the project.
